Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for educational review services purchased from Zatay Medical (ZATAY MEDICAL CONSULTANCY LTD, Company No. 13584142). It is designed to be fair and to reflect your rights under UK consumer law.
What you are paying for
Our packages are a written educational reviewof information you provide. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and we do not guarantee any particular medical finding or outcome. The fee covers our specialists' time and the preparation of your report.
Before work begins
Because this is a digital service prepared specifically for you, you have a 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law until the review work begins. If you cancel before our specialists have started reviewing your case, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply email us with your reference number.
Once work has begun
When you ask us to start (or once we have begun the review), you are agreeing that the service is being performed, and your right to a full refund no longer applies for work already carried out. If you cancel partway through, we will refund a fair amount for any work not yet done, at our reasonable discretion.
After the report is delivered
Once the educational review has been completed and delivered, the service has been provided in full and the fee is generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been a genuine error or the service fell short of what was promised, contact us and we will put it right — by correcting or clarifying the report, or by offering a partial or full refund where appropriate.
If we cannot proceed
If we are unable to carry out a meaningful review (for example because the necessary records cannot be provided), we will tell you and offer a full refund of any amount paid.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email profdrburaktatli@gmail.com with your name and reference number. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 working days, and approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
