Our approach

One specialist. The whole picture.

Our approach to complex paediatric neurology is integrated, not just multidisciplinary. Every in-person evaluation is personally led and integrated by Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı at his practice in Şişli, Istanbul — bringing together the medical history, examination, imaging, EEG, genetic and developmental findings into a single coherent picture, and a single plan you can act on.

1. Pre-consultation online

We start with a short, free pre-consultation so we get to know each other. You share your child's records securely; we share a clear initial impression and the kind of evaluation we think would help most.

2. Educational review (optional)

When records alone can answer the question, our team prepares a written educational review you keep and share with your treating team. For many families, this is the right first step.

3. In-person evaluation

When in-person assessment is needed — for complex epilepsy, developmental delay, regenerative-therapy planning or high-risk infant follow-up — you come for an in-person visit at Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı's practice in Şişli, Istanbul. The whole evaluation is led and integrated by Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı personally.

Where we focus in person

When an in-person evaluation is the right next step, these are the areas where our integrated, single-specialist approach makes the most difference. Every visit is personally led by Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı.

Drug-resistant epilepsy

When two or more well-chosen medicines have not stopped your child's seizures — a fresh, integrated look at the diagnosis, the EEG, the imaging, the medication history and every option that comes next.

Developmental delay — neurological evaluation

A paediatric-neurology-led evaluation that asks not only 'is there a delay?' but 'why?' — and starts the right early intervention without waiting for the full work-up to finish.

High-risk infant follow-up

Structured, integrated neurodevelopmental surveillance for babies born preterm, with hypoxic-ischaemic injury, with seizures, or with any other neonatal-period concern — so the right intervention starts at the right time, under one specialist's eye.

Regenerative treatments — an honest evaluation

Stem cells, photobiomodulation, intranasal mesenchymal stem-cell-derived extracellular vesicles and other emerging therapies — what the current evidence supports, who is and is not a candidate, and what to expect.
